An immersive day of restoration featuring a sacred cacao ceremony, rejuvenating yoga, and guided meditation. Experience deep healing through breathwork and a sound bath, followed by an insightful Introduction to Ayurveda class to harmonize your lifestyle. A one-hour lunch break is included to nourish and ground you between sessions.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hour advance notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 24 hour notice is given and I am unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged for the price of your session. Sound Bath must have a minimum of 5 participants.
