My style is somewhere between haha, yin and MAV yoga. Bring your mat and a water bottle (or coffee) and lets great the day together with positivity and movement.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hour advance notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 24 hour notice is given and I am unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged for the price of your session. Sound Bath must have a minimum of 5 participants.
