Service Description
Calm those racing thoughts, anxieties, and sadness. Shirodhara is a "mental shower" of sorts. Warm herbalized oil is slowly poured over your forehead and runs down through your hair to nourish and restore. This hour treatment is designed to reset your parasympathetic nervous system, gearing you down from fight or flight to rest and digest. Deeply relaxing. Pairs well with other services or can be done as a stand alone.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hour advance notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 24 hour notice is given and I am unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged for the price of your session. Sound Bath must have a minimum of 5 participants.
