Service Description
The tension tamer is inspired by a student of mine who offers to practice her face massage techniques on me in-between appointments. I have come to really appreciate those and notice when we are too busy to have them. I didn't realize how tense my jaw gets when I'm typing away on a computer! The tension tamer is a supine position (face up) massage involving your shoulders, neck, face, ears and scalp. Just a. quick 45 minute pick me up to help with TMJ, stress, tinnitus, tension headaches, and give you a little peace in your busy day.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hour advance notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 24 hour notice is given and I am unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged for the price of your session. Sound Bath must have a minimum of 5 participants.
